HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCELLATION & MODIFY A PRODUCT?
- Cancel/Modify: effocone.com believe that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 24 hours placing the order. We do not accept a cancellation/modify after 24 hours or once the order has been taken into the printing process.
- If the item is not as described (this includes wrong color, design and wrong size, wrong style or poor quality),please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong items.
- If we sent you the right item you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order
A change in size/design/color. It happens that you make a mistake. We are all human right? In this case, we offer you pay small fees. Hope you understand, this fee is only for handling and the shipping, not the cost of the product.
- Product under $30, you need to pay $15
- Product from $30 to $50, you need to pay $20
- Product from $50 to $100, you need to pay $30
- Product over $100, you need to pay $50
You don’t need to send an item back. The only thing we need you to do is click SUBMIT TICKET, tell us about your issue and insert a note to tell us which items you want to exchange. Then we will create new order as your request and send an invoice for you. Just follow it and complete the new order.
- If you received a damaged/faulty item. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, give it away or donate for any organization.The only thing we need you to do is click SUBMIT TICKET, choose your issue, attach a photo of the damaged item. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.
Please note: Items in used condition are not eligible for exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
**Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
- Return: Our store is a print-on-demand store, which means that you must carefully choose what you want to buy before placing your order, as products can only be exchanged under the above conditions and returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds: You’re protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don’t receive your product after 30 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happen), we will refund you 100% your money, no question asked!
